Our non-traditional training studio is equipped with free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, balance equipment, TRX and cross cables to give you the tools needed for a quality functional training experience. This studio offers both the group circuit training C4 classes as well as highly private personal training. During private training time, a maximum of 2 clients are trained at the same time. Our highly experienced personal trainers will create a training plan for you to help you meet your needs and keep you safe. Our equipment and trainers are at the level needed to train professional athletes, however we specialize in beginner level fitness and individuals who have never trained before. We know how to get you going, keep you excited, and help you avoid injury so that you have a very enjoyable experience.
The RevCORE studio brings indoor cycling to the next level. We go well beyond traditional Spin or Spinning classes. RevCORE differs from Spin or Spinning in format, style and training focus. We combine the benefits of a traditional Spin class with a number new moves designed to train your core while still pedaling. There is a strong emphasis on variety, making every class different and always using a fresh playlist. RevCORE also has more hand positions than Spin or Spinning, which adds to the diversity of the training experience. The studio itself is dedicated to RevCORE only and incorporates stadium seating to give everyone a clear view of the instructor and the video screen. The 7000-watt audio system was custom designed by the AVED sound engineers to offer unparalleled sound quality. RevCORE classes run high with visual stimuli from both the colorful laser light system and the almost theatre size video projector. A never-ending variety of music, cycling, racing, stunt and even nature videos keep you engaged in this intense sensory experience. Many equate our classes to a “double expresso” in the morning. Special care is taken to make sure beginners have a great experience in our classes. 90% of our clients have either never done a spin class before or have not in a very long time. Everyone is encouraged to do their best, but to remain within their current fitness capacity until they feel ready to push harder. Those who desire more of a challenge can try the Real Ryder bikes, which can lean freely to simulate real turns on a bicycle. The Real Ryder bikes do require a more advanced fitness level.

Bamboo Garden Yoga is a dedicated studio that balances the fitness and meditative elements of yoga, as well as offering pure meditation and philosophical book studies. What is truly unique about this special place is that it offers both indoor and outdoor yoga, meditation and other events. When blessed with beautiful South Florida weather, we step outside into the private Bamboo forest. As you walk down the winding path, nestled in the middle of our collection of exotic giant timber bamboos you will find our outdoor yoga and meditation platform. Few things are more relaxing than the sound of the wind blowing through a bamboo grove, especially as you settling into a challenging pose. Every yoga class is special. The serene setting just makes it even more special.
