1. Participate in at least 35 cycling events between road racing, track, mountain biking and time-trialing.
2. Win at least 10 podiums among at least 2 different classes
3. Take first place in at least 5 races in more than 1 class
4. Recruit at least 2 new first tier riders for the 2009 season
5. Establish distinct team image of professionalism and competitiveness as well as a unique identity among the myriad racing teams of Florida.

2. Win at least 25 podiums among at least 3 different classes
3. Take first place in at least 15 races in more than 1 class
4. Win at least 1 yellow jersey and 1 white jersey
5. Win at least 1 championship title
6. Recruit at least 2 new first tier riders for the 2010 season
7. Reinforce and raise image of professionalism and competitiveness as well as strengthen the unique identity the team has already established.
**2009 mid-season result status: All goals well exceeded by mid season (except total number of cycling events, but well on pace to reach over 55 events by season’s end.
